Privacy Policy
How WeFixed handles information from our website and intake, and how we treat the data on a device you bring or mail to us. We keep it minimal, we don’t sell it, and we tell you exactly what we do.

01Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and provide our services:
- Information you give us through our quote calculator, contact or intake forms, or in messages: your name, phone number, email address, device type and model, a description of the issue, and any optional photos of the device you choose to attach.
- Information collected automatically when you visit our website: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and similar analytics data, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and analytics”).
You can get a repair price from our calculator without giving us any contact details. We only receive your name and number when you choose to send a request. We do not ask for, and request that you do not send us, sensitive personal information (such as government-ID, health, or financial-account details) through the website.
02Why we use it
We use this information to:
- respond to your request and provide a quote;
- schedule, perform, and follow up on your repair or data-recovery service;
- communicate with you about your device and order status;
- operate, secure, and improve our website; and
- comply with the law.
We limit our collection and use of personal data to what is reasonably necessary for these purposes.
04Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and to understand site usage (for example, via analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and advertising-measurement tags such as the Google Ads tag used to measure this landing page). You can control cookies through your browser settings, and we honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), where applicable.
05Text, SMS and messaging consent
When you submit a Text/SMS request, or provide your phone number and ask us to contact you, you authorize WeFixed to contact you by SMS text message, WhatsApp, and/or phone about your repair request, quote, and service status. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase — you can always just call us. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or telling us by any reasonable means), and reply HELP for help. We will not share your number with third parties for their own marketing.
06Email communications
If you contact us, we may email you about your request or service. We send marketing or promotional emails only where permitted; each such email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-out requests promptly.
07Your privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of any sale or targeted advertising (we do neither). To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will verify and respond within the time the law requires. If we decline your request, we will explain why and how to appeal.
08Data retention
We keep website-request and customer-contact information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, accounting, and recordkeeping requirements, after which we delete or de-identify it. How we handle data stored on a device you bring or mail to us is addressed in “Your data on your device,” below.
09Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11Your data on your device
Back up your data
You are responsible for backing up all data on your device before delivering or mailing it to us. Repair, diagnostic, and data-recovery work, and the underlying device condition, can result in partial or total data loss. By authorizing service, you confirm that you have backed up your data, or have voluntarily chosen not to, and you accept the associated risk.
Access to your device
Most repairs (screen, battery, charging, glass) do not require your passcode. Where a repair genuinely needs access, we tell you why first and, where possible, use Samsung Maintenance Mode or Pixel Repair Mode so your accounts and content stay sealed. We access the contents of your device only as reasonably necessary to perform the requested service, and we do not browse, copy, or extract your personal files, photos, or accounts beyond what the service requires.
Confidentiality, recovery and deletion
We treat any personal data we encounter on your device as confidential and disclose it only as required by law. We do not sell or use your device data for marketing. Recovered data is returned to you on media you provide or that we supply, and is deleted from our equipment after you confirm receipt. After service is complete and the device is returned, we do not retain its contents; any temporary diagnostic copies are deleted.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date, and material changes will be made conspicuous.
